Stayed here for Anime North 2026. Was a great experience. The staff were warm, polite and responsive. The room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The design of the room was thoughtful as well. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out which gave us peace of mind for the weekend. The Congress Centre is accessible by a short bus ride or a 20 minute walk from here. I didn't use the other amenities or parking so I cannot comment on those, but I would happily stay here again given my experience.
I had a great experience at DoubleTree by Hilton thanks to the amazing service from the receptionist named Jou. She was very professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. She made the check-in process smooth and always had a positive attitude. Excellent customer service — thank you for making my stay even better!
Terrible stay. The managers and employees are rude and make countless stupid mistakes and cover them up with excuses costing you extra money. Two kids were stuck in an elevator and the employees did nothing and refused to contact 911. one of the kids had diebetes and his blood sugar was dropping and they didn’t care. luckily the father called 911 and the boys got out. Easy location. 5 minutes from the airport. Excellent staff! Great restaurant on property. Starbucks too! Love the rooms!
