Walked in to reserve a room. Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and overlooked the airport. My children did like the view. Location is good and you can access the parking lot from two different streets. Starbucks is in the lobby. You pay to park so keep that in mind if you have a car. Pool area is okay. Checkout was easy. Public areas were clean. Overall, if I needed a hotel in Toronto again- I would stay here.
