I made a reservation for two separate nights this December. Within an hour, plans had changed so I called to cancel. They still charged me the room rate for both, refunding me about 25% of the total. Theft as far as I am concerned. Would have been our third stay there as it's a nice hotel and location. Won't be staying there again.
Really quick travel from the airport, very comfortable beds, very clean. friendly staff
I love this hotel they move me from a bad room to a good room and thank you for the front desk guy. You gave me two cookies cause there was before. Can't wait to go back. Thank you.
