An excellent place to stay in Schenectady. Most centrally located. Service during breakfast buffet can be improved esp.over weekends.
The only saving grace here are the employees. Sal at the front desk, thank you for such a lovely welcome! The bartender was excellent and kept up with a large party who ordered food and drinks, all of his bar guests who also ordered both food and drinks, and took care of room orders!He was rocking!(fyi, there is no room service even though they advertise such. Clean. Friendly. Centrally located. Only stayed one night, didn’t eat but you definitely need to invest in new pillows, holy way toooooo soft and unsupportive … my only qualm but not worth losing a star over.
Staff were understanding and got us settled in fast.
