I’ve been staying at this hotel since Saturday, and overall it’s been a really good experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful, which made a great first impression. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. The bed was especially nice, and I was able to relax and get good rest. The hotel itself felt well-maintained, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere. I mostly enjoyed my 2 night stay here. The gym is very nice, the hotel is updated so it looks very nice. My two gripes are that there was hair on my pillows and in the shower and that the food was way overpriced for the quality. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe something was wrong in the Kitchen when I got food but either way it was not worth the price either way. Refused to book room for me because she didnt want to re do an audit??? Also, obvious attitude....Correct me if im wrong but doesnt that mean she sent away a paying customer for no reason lol also a veteran. Also a rewards member. Thank you. I will not be attempting to stay in the future at any doubletree.
Beautiful clean place rooms were spacious and no hassles getting in
