They place had terrible A/C in the room, was 72-82 deg, and lots of noise. Did not get a good not sleep here. Food is good and service is good. But I would not go back. Beds are very comfortable

We had a very disappointing two-night stay at this DoubleTree. The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable hotel standard (photos attached). In addition, there was a leak coming from one of the vents and the sink was clogged. We reported both maintenance issues. We were initially asked to switch rooms, but explained that relocating everything with two young children would be very difficult. My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected from a Hilton-branded property. First of all, the rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, which is a basic standard in any reputable hotel. Additionally, there was no complimentary water provided in the room, which is surprising and unacceptable for this level of hotel. Leaky ceiling, clogged sinks, dirty floors, and terrible service. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at and a terrible representation of the DoubleTree brand.

I regret booking room in this hotel. Their service was awful. I changed 3 rooms because the AC was not working in any of their rooms. The rooms were too dark and have less natural light and room lights were too dim. Exhaust vent in the washroom was not working. It was not worth of the money I paid for this hotel. I recommends not to book this hotel at any situation.
