Just 5 minutes from the SFO Airport, it is a great restful hotel. Love their warm cookies. Highly recommended.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco South Airport blvd has been extremely disappointing due to the non-functional air conditioning.Not only is the AC broken, but the hotel's complete breakdown in communication between staff shifts has been appalling. That and lack of sleep hasmade my stay unbearable. The only thing positive about this stay has been the proximity to surrounding attractions. Over the course of a 3 night stay there has been NO AIR-CONDITIONING in the room. Temperatures have reached 78 degrees in the room where we should be able to comfortably sleep after traveling across country. When asked to change rooms multiple times a day every day, there were no accommodations made.
