Wouldn’t stay here again. Would rather sleep in the car. Room was 84° when I walked in. AC was off. 45° outside. Room never cooled below 79° even with the window open. Co-worker had the same problem. Horrible.
I stayed there 6 different Times and they they do me scandalous with the stay and also they damn house keeping stole my shit and they won’t do anything about it the person who stole my stuff needs to be fired and I need my money back or something cause that’s not right as a customer and all and for me to report something like this and yall do none is wrong
Hotel has nice appearance. Bathroom nice & large with shower. But we switched rooms as fridge did not work & room temp was set at 75F. Could not get temp down one degree after an hour! Switched to anorher room which was 77F. It was Only high 50Fs. That night. Did request fan which helped with sleeping. But That wall thermostat was STILL AT 77F THIS MORNING! I stay at SFO Hotels 2-3 times a month. NEVER AGAIN HERE! can't image what the rooms are like in the Summer.
