From the moment I stepped through the doors, Trung delivered outstanding service. He consistently made me feel welcome and well looked after every time I came in for breakfast. I first visited in February 2025 and returned in August 2025, and his level of service remained just as impressive. Trung truly exemplifies what excellent customer service should be, maintaining the highest standards throughout.
Check-in was smooth, and the staff were fantastic—friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cookies at check-in were a nice touch and actually really good. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a great view. Overall, a solid and comfortable place to stay.
The female manager who came to resolve the overcharged bill on 8/8/25 at the Reel Kitchen was unfriendly, aggressive, and arrogant. She clearly lacked experience in customer service. It was very disappointing to witness such behaviour at a venue like the DoubleTree by Hilton.
Fantastic location with great views! And easy accessibility to the CAT bus and tour pick ups. Enjoyed the roof top bar too! Trung and Alicia at breakfast were always welcoming n very hospitable. Yummy choices at breakfast.. especially enjoyed the juicer, salad bar, n sourdough bread!
