Overall decent location, clean lobby and hallways. Room not so much. Very dirty floors (see pics) to include dirty shoe prints. Lots of fingerprints. Hospitality is great, decently quiet considering proximity to down town.
I stood around the front desk for about 10 minutes trying to find somebody to help us check in. We came in late because of a delayed flight so stand there wasting time was really irritating. We pre-checked in with the digital key but the key didn't work so we didn't have a choice but to stand around and wait. The facility is very dirty, bathtub surround is just crumbling with mold, and all in all the places just wore down with lots of paint chipping and wallpaper peeling.
Get Jaylin, the front office clerk who sits down all day, some hospitality training - she works for a hotel, after all. Maybe stand up when you see guests walk past you in the lobby? Maybe don’t be on your phone all day? Was refused a 2pm late check out as a Diamond member; she wasn’t even aware I was one, with the excuse that “we are fully booked” despite still selling three room types online.
