Some of the comments here are crazy and the absolute opposite experience that I had. Every single staff member was so attentive, ensured that we had everything we needed, and were genuinely interested in making sure our stay was enjoyable. I came into town for a marathon and the staff supported me and asked about how it went after. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and first marathon experience!!
Hotel only had one elevator running causing lines at the elevator. The pool had so much chlorine that everyone’s eyes were burning Breakfast is not free! But made like a free breakfast. They don’t make it clear it’s not free and only approach you with a bill after get a plate from the buffet. Multiple parents with 1-5 kids were confused by the added charge. booked two queens and got a king instead....refused to honor the booking because they were sold out.
