I normally stay the Hilton Homewood Suites. I was unable to get a room there for the night and thought this would be a good alternative. I was mistaken. They offer in room dining that is actually Fast Casual Pickup that you cannot order over the phone. You have to order in person and wait for your food. If you’re here on business like I was it’s faster to order UberEats. The hotel was very uncomfortable with homeless people looking up in the windows. Couldn't keep the shades open very unsafe area you have to keep looking over your shoulder just to make that some one isn't going to snap or stab you. Management was not helpful plus my husband is a diamond member we will never ever stay there again.

The location isn't in the greatest area, but the parking garage is secure. AJ & N'Gai at the front desk & Tina in security were a delight to deal with. Very nice people!

The hotel is too simple and the service are so basic. They have only one elevator and you have to wait 10 min go up and down. Last but not least is located in a terrible area
