The morning gentlemen at the from desk is ‘intentionally’ difficult. The rest of the staff seems nice enough. The fitness center was lacking. Neighborhood is suspect. There are better options in Vegas.
Nice hotel, great price. Bus 202 stops nearby. Toya and Tina who manage the garage entrance are super friendly and so helpful
We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Las Vegas and overall the hotel itself was decent, but the check-in experience really left a bad impression. The reception staff member we dealt with, an older Asian lady, was very strict and inflexible about the deposit policy. My card was having issues at the time, and I even offered to pay a higher cash deposit just to make things easier and move on quickly since we had just arrived after a long drive with a tired child.
