Nice rooms and a boat load of security personnel on site 24/7
Really odd situation there. They are housing people who have been living up north and had to be relocated here, and they have security for them, which makes the other guests uneasy since it is not even the hotel’s security. We should have been informed before booking that this was the case, as we know nothing about these people, and having security there makes it seem like something is going on. They did not cause any issues, however I would not have expected the Hilton to be doing subsidized housing within their hotels.
Charged me for a stay I was not there and would not give me my money back. I was charged for two nights without understanding that I actually had tried to cancel and that my son was sick.
