We had a wonderful time at this hotel. My husband took me here for my birthday and requested a room with a view. We were put on the top floor with a beautiful 360 degree view and a large patio. What a fantastic surprise! Room was clean, modern with a huge shower. Yummy warm cookies at check-in. All perfect - thank you for making my birthday doubletree!!!
Great location. Kyla was pleasant at the front desk very accommodating. Pizza . Pub and Starbucks all within hotel. Restaurants also within walking distance of this hotel.
Location was so so good. Near a greek restaurant and a Browns, both are amazing by the way. near the empress, so naturally lots of touristy and nice amenities surrounding it. Also near the water for great views and near Government street which is a must have when visiting Victoria. The rooms are so good. Clean, spacious, lots of features, and great views. Staff was also very helpful and gave us cookies when we checked in. Overall probably one of the best hotels in Victoria.
