I’m in town on business. My office booked this hotel. I would not have chosen this location. Very noisy! The beds are hard as a slab and the pillows are terrible. Most hotel pillows suck so I brought my own Hest pillow. That’s the only reason I got any sleep. Went to the lobby to get some coffee and check out the complementary breakfast. It’s almost 7 AM. I stayed here for a few nights on a work trip. Just about everything about it was terrible. Hair on the floor, flickering lights, no proper shower - just a low pressure handheld shower head in the bathroom (no door or separated area). Highway noise keeps you up at night and it was not very clear how to close the blinds - eventually found a switch on the other side of the room but the only information they offer in the room is how to tip them. Too much ICE.
Had a terrible interaction with the bartender Wednesday night, when I approached it "this could have been handled better" the reply was "you can complain to management" Joe the General Manager did get back to me after I emailed, but the overall interaction with the bartender K***** was disappointing to say the least
