Service was great and the rooms are great. The food was great. I recommend the biscuits and gravy.
This hotel was so amazing! First thing, my six-year-old said when we got here was wow I’m not gonna lie this place is niiiccee! Lol breakfast Was beyond delicious tina our waitress and Mike the executive chef made breakfast our favorite part of the stay!
Christine was absolutely amazing.Very service oriented and exceeded all of culinary expectations.
TL;DR I'll keep it simple: the staff here is what makes the hotel. Doing more and offering excellent customer service even when the product you're selling may or may not be top shelf. This property is about as middle of the road as it comes for a U.S. hotel. Suburban location serving the masses and not the million-miler types that expect executive lounges, dedicated check-in areas, etc. It's a place to sleep when you're away from home.
