Bed in our room was super soft, like sleeping in a boat lol. Pillows had to be stacked 4 high to sleep on them. Fairly clean room except for what looked like blood that we had to clean off the rim of the toilet. 🤢 Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion supplied in big containers. Quiet rooms and friendly staff.
I should’ve read the reviews before booking here. I just checked in and the front desk guy looked like he just woke up. He didn’t greet me, barely said anything and told me nothing about the hotel. When I asked about getting water as a Diamond member he said it “should be in the room”. Zero other info and of course no DoubleTree cookie offered. Who is the GM here and what is going on at this property??
My family stayed at this location on the last week of May 2025. The customer service provided by Joy who worked at the front desk was attentive, friendly and enthusiastic. She introduced us to the manager who was nearby and mentioned the issue we faced. She apologized and served with a smile. The level of customer service Joy provided gave a pleasant impression of the hotel. Thank you Joy!
