TL;DR I'll keep it simple: the staff here is what makes the hotel. Doing more and offering excellent customer service even when the product you're selling may or may not be top shelf. This property is about as middle of the road as it comes for a U.S. hotel. Suburban location serving the masses and not the million-miler types that expect executive lounges, dedicated check-in areas, etc. It's a place to sleep when you're away from home. Our time at this hotel was unfortunately frustrating and disappointing. Online this hotel is advertised differently than what you actually experience. The pool hours are shown on the website that the pool closes at 11pm however, the pool was closed by 10pm when my family and myself tried to have a nice time at the pool. The nice gentleman at the front desk allowed us in and he was very accommodating and polite. Alyssa at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating along with Caroline at the bar and restaurant. Looks like this hotel went through renovations because my room looked much newer from the last time I stayed here. Looking forward to my next stay already
