This DoubleTree is not up to the standards of others I have stayed at. Someone else noted the loud cars racing up a down the street. Fitted sheet on bed did not fit and constantly came undone. No desk in room or scratch pad or pen. All other DoubleTree hotels I have stayed at had all this. USB plug in one lamp was broken and other nightstand had an add-on USB plug with a rats nest of wires on the floor. First let me start with David at the front desk. So helpful and handed us their amazing warm cookies! Very professional and kind. The rooms give complimentary body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. The body wash and conditioner were empty. We had no iron or hair dryer. We did get those items when asking. We did breakfast and souchef mike was a delight to meet. He was there training a new chef.
