I stayed in this hotel multiple times, never had an issue until the last time I was there. I was bitten by a bug; my feet swelled and became very red and hard. I took a shower thinking this will wash everything out. My feet were still very swollen. I called down stairs from my cell as the phone in the room did not work. I specifically asked for a manager to come up to my room along with paramedics. What I got was the fire department who advised me they can’t provide medical treatment they can just check my vitals. We recently stayed at this Doubletree couple weeks ago when we first moved out to Arizona I was told that I was gonna get my pet deposit back. My total came out to $187 and I was told that I was gonna get $75 of that back from the girl at the Front Desk. That was the only reason why I paid that much for the room that night I since called back one person I spoke with she said she was the manager and that I did receive my deposit back, but I needed to take it up with my bank, which was a lie. Do not stay here. Filthy rooms, slow service and other Doubletree hotels , breakfast is included with the rate , the lady at the front desk said it's an extra charge.
