My aunt came out from New York to visit us in Gilbert and she stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The room was very clean, the shower was very warm and had good pressure. We showered in her hotel room after using the pool their. They have three pools and a jacuzzi. Very clean. She enjoyed her stay very much. There were a lot of cute restaurants within 5 minute drive.
Only made our bed 1 day ( Staff ) . Had to go to the front desk on the 3 day to get supplies. Towels, shower products, TP. Coffee misc. Left a 10.00 tip for the housecleaning person. No one showed! Room was clean and fresh. I think they dropped the ball this time. We WOULD stay at this hotel again.🤔
Amazing staff and customer service! Jhoy helped us and she was terrific! This is right across from Top Golf, Main Event, and conveniently located near many restaurants and shops. Nice pool and rooms were okay, beds were great! Slept like a baby. I love that the room air-conditioning unit can have the fan running continuously to limit noises heard in the rooms. Crabtree shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/lotion were full so all good there too.
A bit dated. Sink didnt work and the lighting was wired weird. If your turned the lights off, the entire wall with sockets died and cannot use chargers or devices ok plugged into that wall
