Had a family emergency, Walked into get a room, was told there were none available. Looked at my Hilton Honors app, and there was more than four. That’s what I get for trying to have a face-to-face interaction instead of doing everything online
Not a 4 star hotel. Hole in the ceiling. Metal bed frame was exposed. Cut me and ripped my pants. Could not be more disappointed with my stay
We showed up early(1230), asking for one room for 13 (military) of us to put our bags in. This is the first I ever got push back from a hotel about not having at least 1 room ready by 1230. We have done this before at this hotel, checking in early, but the lady looked like she just didn't care. Just got back from out to sea and wanted to go get real food but we had to wait. Im gonna push for our commands to not allow this hotel anymore.
