Amazing team. Was able to do early check in and go explore French Quarter. And the cookie!!!! I am so blessed Nicole gave me two of em!!!
Could have done better with cleanliness of bathroom and linens. Also, the airport shuttle was not timely. I had to catch a Lyft from the airport after waiting 40 min. Beds are comfortable, tv was nice, and the cookies were good. Overall an okay stay.
Great hotel next to the airport. They have a shuttle of course. Also a little bar/restaurant. The rooms are very nice and well appointed.
After reading the hotel's reviews I was hesitant to book here, however I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very clean and the room's temperature was cold when we arrived. I appreciated the flooring (no carpet) and usually expect to have ruined white socks but was surprised by how clean it was. Towels, linen-everything was clean. Our group enjoyed our stay and we agreed we'd stay here again.
