This hotel looked decent upon entering however I was concerned at how shaky the elevator was. When we entered the room the ac was set to a ridiculously low temperature which apparently is typical because another room was the same. That said the biggest issue was lack of housekeeping- the cleanliness of rooms needs serious attention. Housekeeping clearly does less than the bare minimum- the floors were so gross, as shown by the discoloration of white socks. Room was clean, but shower did not work properly. Not sure if that was ever reported to front desk or now. BUT the room was clean!! And we were there one night due to flight cancellation. The team is amazing!! * Shuttle came to airport and picked us up. We were exhausted trying to get home. Check in service was great. My issue came after check out and the follow up. I purchased some items needed for my cruise and souvenirs. The bag was left. I called the hotel was told they remembered the bag and transfered me to housekeeping and then security who said they would go take a look and call me back. There was no callback. I called back after waiting some hours and was told there was no security there at the time. I called back later that day and no one answered the phone.
