This hotel has the best staff. From the moment I walk in the front desk staff is wonderful. All the way to Suzie and Melissa taking care of you at the bar.
We checked into the hotel, room 324, late after an engagement party we were in town for. The first thing we saw was this bedbug on the wall. We immediately left and were told we needed to wait until Monday to talk to the general manager. I called on Monday and was told that the room was taken out for service and they would review the report from the exterminator company and get back to me. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Very filthy I’m upset I don’t have many photos but I’m sure you can figure that out once you walk in the elevator. Trash left in the room behind the furniture, yellow stained shower curtain and these little roaches are crawling everywhere in these rooms. The towels and sheets were stained. The only thing I can say they did right was gave us new towels daily. The staff are airheads they say I don’t know to everything don’t bother asking them any questions.
