Breakfast is awful. Minimal effort! The receptionists are excellent!
Hilton only by name very disappointing
I’m disappointed with our experience at the Hilton DoubleTree. We arrived around 11 PM after taking the airport shuttle, only to be told that the king room we had booked was no longer available because the hotel had been oversold. The front desk agent explained the situation, but what made it worse was hearing another staff member say that if guests were staying multiple nights, he would try harder to help them, but “not for one night.” That was incredibly frustrating and made us feel like, because we were only staying one n... read more
I stayed there for a work trip. It pretty convenient since the location was literally 7 minutes from work and also 7-10 minutes from the airport. Great breakfast options. All the staffed were nice and accommodating. I only give them a 4 because they can use some updating and some intensive cleaning. My allergies acted up more when I was inside the hotel.
