Here right now on day 2 of an 8 day stay and we are so glad we chose this hotel! The hospitality is out of this world from Jason at the front desk to the servers at the pool bar (William is amazing) to the gracious Rachel (Asst. Food & Beverage Mgr.) this place is the best. No hesitations recommending this resort hotel!
The best hotel in Orlando. Trust me guys I have stayed at many hotels in Orlando before and this one is lonely at the top by itself. The team here will do whatever it takes to make your stay a memorial one. They have the best pools including a quiet one for adults. Their rooms are beautiful and beds are in heaven. Book the room with executive lounge access and you will be treated with great continental breakfast. Drinks are served all day long in the ex lounge. Very nice hotel but you have to pay for parking and I was changed twice still waiting to be reimbursed... Other than that great place
It is a beautiful hotel and very close if you have an event at the convention center, but unless you want to pay $12-16 per drink, avoid the bar there.
Awesome pool complex and the lazy river is great fun, watch out for the hidden water jets!
Loved the place, gorgeous decor, awesome staff...and such a fun outdoor pool area, so much to do. At night had relaxing times with sons at the fire pit which was also a work of art...the whole place is upscale yet friendly! We'll be back again
Fantastic getaway hotel for families with kids. Great pool area with a lazy river and water slide. Basketball in the pool and a court outside the water, too! Putting green and activities for the kids during the day.
