Svetlana Mc What a great HIlton resort , upscaled , clean , fun lazy river , many recreations for kids ,2 fire pit ( we roasted our marshmallows ) 4 restaurant , 2 bars , 1 coffee shop , SPA of cause great Valet ! We coming back ! since we have our annual passes to them parks ! the location is close to See World , in just 10 min to Universal and 15 min to Magic Kingdom
Unsafe. No procedure or communication during numerous fire alarms! Stay away!
Every time I stay here I feel like a special guest. The front desk was friendly when I checked in after a delayed flight. My room was perfect each day it was cleaned and the valet is prompt. The food is deliciously amazing! We ate at bistros for lunch and the service staff is attentive. When I dined at Spencer's, or server Stacy went above and beyond by bringing us truffles as a thank you gift for coming! The manager, Tracy even remembered me from 4 months ago.
