Although our room and the service we recieved was nice, we checked out on the 27th February 2020 and are yet to receive our bond back. We were advised on both check in and check out that we would receive our bond within 5 to 7 days post check out. Bond was $50USD per night which equaled $350USD for us. Over a month later, we are still yet to receive our money, despite numerous phone calls were we were advised our money was sent back to us. I cancelled my room on March 6 or 7 and still haven't recieved a refund. They called back after 10 business days and they said well refund it today which was March 19th. again, still no refund/credit in my bank account. I'm highly upset because I'm a Hilton Honors member so this is unprecedented that this is happening.

RecommendedWe traveled with our two teenagers, and did request an upgrade on our room for extra space. Front desk staff was friendly and professional during our entire stay. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was accommodating. The one issue I would recommend to change would be in the housekeeping department. When the gentlemen brought a roll away bed to our room they were both rude. The sheets were messy, I did questioned if they were clean.
