I stayed at this hotel last Friday 10/02/2020 and left Saturday morning 10/03/2020. Got 2 hours away and realized I left my wallet in a drawer in my room. I immediately called and a worker ran up to the room and got it. I was told to email them a pre shipping lable. I paid for 3 day shipping and immediately sent it to them. I called back to confirm. 3 days go by and the tracking says my wallet still hasn't been dropped off at the post office. They finally sent it out Tuesday 10/06/2020. Suit was nice, hotel staff was friendly. Although valet parking was a joke and it appears that damage occurred to my vehicle while being there and my keys were lost (found after a while) at checkout. Would stay again but not use valet parking.

Stayed here with my family. Someone came into our room as we slept and robbed us!! No security cameras on floors for police to access!!! Plus to make matters worse my nieces woke up with bites all over their legs!!! Took precautions for bed bugs. Mentioned this as we checked out but the employee didn't seem to care. Worst and most disturbing hotel stay that we have ever experienced. We were compensated 1 night for each of our adjoining rooms. But in the end we paid. Out over 600$ to be robbed and bit up.

I was here for my friend's wedding. The best experience I ever had with any hotel. The staff was super nice and perfessional. The rooms were beautiful. The restaurant was awesome and so was the drinks. Omg, the cookies were always warm and fresh (I still can't figure out how they did that). Anyway, overall the best hotel experience...
