I am a diamond member for the Hilton company. The bartender Jose will be the reason that I want to come back to this location. He had great service, was very friendly and a large of the other people there know him ant he recognized them and even their drink of choice.
So friendly staff great rooms
Will not recommend, only 1 elevator they don't tell you that booking, and the restaurant has a small subpar menu and the bar can not make simple drinks
Checked in and they hand you a letter saying there will be no water from 10 pm to 6 am Monday morning. No options to get out of here. So no showers, toilets, how ridiculous is that. But they ask if you want a chocolate chip cookie, so I guess that makes everything all better. No compensation, nothing.
