Wanted to like thus place but woke up with bug bites on my arms 2 nights in a row. Not good.
Pool was gross/cloudy - wouldn’t let my children in it - stayed here for proximity to BDL. Return homing, landed at midnight, called the hotel to inquire “he’s either there or you just missed and he’ll be back in the :20”. We waited with a 7yo after a full day of travel and then needed to order an XL Uber to get all of us back to collect our car.
This hotel is very nice! The location is about 5-10 minutes from the airport with a courtesy vehicle. I went down to the bar, and waited about 10 minutes before I was greeted by the bar tender Matt. I ordered a lemon drop. Then two coworkers joined me. Matt was rude to us for no reason! He acted as if we we bothering him and he was VERY SHORT AND ANNOYED. They have an excellent Mexican restaurant attached. We used it to stay in before we flew out And again when we came back
