If you want a clean stay, this is not for you. Pictures included to help you avoid having to change hotels like us. Gunk on the nightstands, mold in the tiles & shower curtain, water in the floor, dust and grime everywhere, and the floors look like they are skipped daily.
The only positive for this hotel is it's close proximity to BDL. Tired, dated, smelly rooms. No seating in the lobby. Woefully understaffed by employees who could not tell me about breakfast service. Shower barely functional; just trickling water. Abysmal Wi-Fi.
No stairs to get to another floor from the lobby, just elevators. And when only one is working, it can be very annoying
Very convenient to airport - very nice king suite, well lit with desk for working in room, airplane noise not too bad
Very nice hotel. Good staff, rooms were great.
