Great room, friendly staff.
Staff is very nice. I had a King room with no fridge and no microwave and they don't have a free breakfast like every other hotel does these days. Its basically the same exact buffet as a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express but its $20. Before the tip. They offer you a $15/day food voucher or 1,000 points for your entire stay, take the vouchers, you're going to need them.
Friendly staff. Had issues and frontdeak solved it same time. Clean and spacious room.(king).
1st night not so great, no fridge, no microwave, only gave us 2 towels and washcloths when there was 3 of us
Because of its proximity to BDL Airport I’ve stayed here multiple times (reluctantly). The keyless entry on the Hilton app never works. I’ve had occasions where the key they give me at check in doesn’t work either, necessitating a trip back down to the desk. I had a room with no heat at this hotel. I had trouble with the front desk staff (had to change rooms because the heat didn’t work and instead of giving me a room key to move rooms he required me to pack up all my stuff and bring it down to the Lobby.
