I spent four days there and each morning I asked to myself "is this really a Hilton resort ?". This hotel really needs an extreme makeover, from the decoration to the staff ! Desk front staff unwelcoming, no room service at all (when you call, you always have an answering machine that ask you to leave a message with your order and roo number ... but none ever called me back and never got my order), the food is a disaster (hopefully I didn't pay for this !), too many problems in the room (fridge didn't work, had to change it ... read more
