Service was terrible. There was never anyone at the front desk so I waited endlessly a few times for pantry items, got double charged and didn’t get my honors credits. The hotel has a weird smell and the hot water didn’t work for half my stay.

AC worked well and shower amenities smelled amazing. Some people in other reviews complained about the airplane noise being loud or the view not being spectacular, but this is an airport hotel— if you’re sensitive to noise just gr... read more
