I’m a Hilton Diamond member. In 2025 I’ve stayed at Hilton hotels over 104 nights all over the country for work and this hotel was by far one of the worst. Their customer service SUCKS!! I couldn’t get my digital key when I was supposed to. Their front desk clerks don’t answer the phone. Typical crappy service. I think it’s time I go to another hotel chain.
The place is quiet, staff was friendly but the rooms are disgusting, they have this beat up office chair that had old food on it, mini fridge was dirty, carpets were dirty, they can do better than this.
This really is more a review of the service we received at the restaurant by Gina. Delightful woman, it’s been very helpful over the last few days while we were here in town to support a close friend having a medical procedure. Also Nia has been great always at breakfast. She provided excellent service at dinner, very conversant, enthusiastic, and efficient. The rooms, however, offer a different viewpoint.
