recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience after my stay. I left my AirPods in the room, and ever since then I’ve been trying to contact the hotel to recover them. I’ve called multiple times and even stayed on the phone for over an hour with no answer. It’s extremely disappointing that there’s no proper communication or support for guests, especially when it comes to lost belongings. 5 Star for Cleanlinesss and Comfortable its very Close to access I-95 to go any places to explore . Stayed there in and out as Guest with special someone spending time for Vacation, Receptionist never give me hard time about it. Ask for that hot Fresh baked free cookies at the front descks everytime you go to to your room their so good can't have enough of those. I'll be back fir the Cookies.
Nothing like pictures , cleaning and cleanliness is poor !! Dust and stains everywhere , broken outlets in room , font desk staff are nice and helpful !!
My man at the front desk hooked me up with (super) early check in, after i told him i hadn't slept in 24 hrs. He went above and beyond for no reason. As I was passing out in the lobby he tapped me and said my room was ready. Then he gave me two waters and a hot cookie and told me to have a restful sleep. Give this man a raise, and come to the hotel if you are in the area.
