Very welcoming and friendly staff. Check in was smooth and received a warm cookie upon checking in. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday. There was a microwave in the room as well. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around the hotel. Would recommend.
One working elevator for the whole hotel, so be ready to haul your luggage up and down the 10 flights of stairs, or wait 45 minutes for the elevator.
Great experience. Took my wife for her birthday and everything was great. The room was clean the staff were friendly. We had a great time!
I normally don’t write reviews but I feel like this is one I needed to review. Stayed there for one night and do NOT recommend staying there. Location is not safe. Three trucks that I saw, one being mine, taillights were stolen and broken into. Told the receptionist about the other trucks and he did not care one bit. Said “yes we are aware and everything is good. You just have to call the police and make a report.” This obviously happens often in that area. Rooms are dated for the price as well.
