From start to finish the staff could careless if we were there, what we needed or any solutions for anything to do the stay. Our receptionist greeted us annoyed and with every question made the moment worse. In a hurry for a football game we made due. The room hadn't been serviced with garbage in the cans and wet towels on the floor. The room smelled like rubbish and old smoke. Great location, dismal room. Got placed near the elevator. It sounded like a jackhammer, had trouble sleeping. Staff was friendly. Toilet paper holder was placed too far for anyone to reach in the bathroom
Beautiful place! Clean rooms! Employees were kind and very helpful.
NO FREE MORNING COFFEE?!! Even the cheapest sleep-cheap hotels have free coffee 24-7. This morning when I asked where the coffee was, I was pointed to the cafe where “we don’t offer complimentary coffee”. Cost you 1 star! The pay-for parking had no security at all, except 1 small camera pointed at the driveway. That, plus the $230 price tag for a room that is normally $150 (hotel was getting full) - cost you another star… Pick a hotel that is NOT downtown and save $$$.
