Amazing customer service. Clean rooms. Attached to the venue. Makes for great crew hotel. Also huge shout out to the two Amazing individuals working the desk the morning of 3/29/26!! Im awful with names, but their customer service is impeccable.
I was in Cedar Rapids for business meeting and stayed at the DoubleTree. I called head of time and had questions on parking. Kathy at DoubleTree was very helpful and got my license plate number so that I could just drop my car off at the garage and walk right to the office I was visiting. It was very helpful. Later in the day, DeAndre helped to check me in to my room. He was wonderful - very accommodating and friendly.
