This is hard. The staff is absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. However, they are let down by hotel design and management decisions. My room was 3 doors down from the hotel restaurant which all noise funnels into the corridor. Then, outside my room are seating/socializing areas, and the walls and windows provide no insulation. It was LOUD. I included two videos, on around 10pm, another at 530 am which woke me up. 10/7/25 I just called the Doubletree and spoke to a girl who was not nice at all! She said it would be 290 a night for either a king or queen. We are not going to stay at a place where the people are so unfriendly, especially when we are coming to town for our mother’s funeral services. I will no longer be trying to book a room at Doubletree in Campbell.

Real nice venue. Clean, comfortable rooms. One improvement that would be effective is if the wait and cook staff could agree that what was served was not an eggs Benedict. It looked like it came from Jack in the Box. Truly that slice of cheese is not hollandaise sauce nor are those eggs poached. Sliced bacon is not Canadian bacon

This is the second time we have chosen to stay here because it is next to The Pruneyard. The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly, but one recommendation is that you should NOT choose the rooms facing the pool on the ground floor as they are too noisy. The rest is all perfect! We'll keep coming back!
