I really was surprised with the service of the Dietary requirements which they can cater for the food. The room service was outstanding and also the staff was very friendly. I'd like to especially shout out for Chef Rakesh who took care of our dietary requirements especially Jain Food, like Thepla, Dhokla, Patra, etc for our group so that we could have our belly full before we go out. So really really appreciated . We really would like to visit them again.

As always had a great stay last week! The Location is great on the esplanade and the room was so good - spacious and beds and pillows so comfy and very clean. The service was fantastic so efficient and friendly - Marlon and his team are dedicated and so helpful and welcoming. Look forward to next time. Thank you!!

My husband and I come to Cairns or far North Queensland every year, and we have stayed at the Pullman, Crystalbrook Riley and Bailey, and Daydream Island, but so far, DoubleTree has been the place to stay. The hospitality from everyone was outstanding, and that is what you truly want during a holiday. The place is also in very good condition and very clean. Thank you.

ダブルツリーbyヒルトン・ケアンズに5泊しました。全体的にとても快適で、特に客室の広さと落ち着いた雰囲気が印象的でした。長期滞在でも窮屈さを感じることなく、ゆったりと過ごせたのが良かったです。一方で、清掃のタイミングが自分の外出時間と合わないことがあり、外扉に清掃希望を示すマグネットやサインがあれば、よりスムーズに対応してもらえたのではと感じました。また、プールやレストラン、バーの営業時間や利用方法などについて、館内で分かりやすくまとまった案内がもう少し充実していると、初めての滞在でもより安心して施設を楽しめると思います。とはいえ、立地やサービス面は総じて満足度が高く、また利用したいと思えるホテルでした。

From warm cookies on arrival, the location and the outstanding renovation to the pool area, Double Tree does not miss a beat. Room, beds, linen and towels, room servicing, everything is great. I have stayed at the hotel on previous locations and with its staff, lovely gardens, gym and ample lounges and seating at the pool, it is on the favourites list for further visits to Cairns. Thank you.
