I was recently stayed here for a wedding reception that was on the premises and it was truly a delight! The checkin was so easy, they had warm cookies ready for us! Domingos at the front desk was very nice and did his job to perfection! The room was a great size and extremely clean! We didn’t go in the pool but it seemed like a great addition! Unacceptable Service & Unfulfilled Promises for Our Wedding I am deeply disappointed with the experience my family and guests had at the DoubleTree for my wedding. After months of planning and directly coordinating with the manager, Roland, to ensure shuttle transportation for our wedding guests, the hotel failed us on the most important night of our lives. Very friendly staff and super clean (recently renovated?) hotel! Our room had a very faint hint of cigarette smoke when we ran the A/C at night. Other than that, it was fabulous! Tip: make sure you don't end up in a room adjacent to the pool though. Our 2nd floor window looked out directly to the pool area, which was filled with screaming children just before 7AM on a Sunday morning. Unless you're into that...
