Beautiful hotel and amazing service, but the rooms could use better cleaning and a bit more updating. The bed was absolutely horrible. So uncomfortable!
Beds are very small. They claim they are full. The beds are doubles. And very uncomfortable. Maybe other rooms beds are better. Mine and many other friends rooms beds were all the same, uncomfortable and small.
Great location and very reasonably priced. Rooms are clean and well appointed, just an older building. We stay here 90% of the time in Billings, you are in walking distance to everything downtown.
Great rooms and staff. Hotel rooms overlook downtown Billings. Their shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion all permanently placed on the wall. Very convenient. Good food, we went there for a conference and had hourderves and had a luncheon. They do not provide free breakfast unless you opt in for it when you book room. They do have a fitness facility, no pool. You have to swipe your key cards to get to different levels of hotel.
