Awful service. They claim themselves pet friendly but they are not. We paid for a room with balcony for the dog and they gave us one without it telling that dogs can’t use balcony.
Random hotel out in the marina
Currently being renovated [Aug’19]. Nice view of marina and SF. Seems understaffed but somehow always woken up by cleaning ladies. Compare rates carefully, there is a $30 a night self-parking charge!!
Dirty & smells musty. Stained carpets. Marina views not worth the price. Spider web covered balcony. Fridge sounded like an alarm clock every 1/2 hour. Loud heat/AC waking me up throughout the night.
Worst Hilton property I've ever been to. Parking gates never work right, just park across the street and save your money. Management is clueless. This place is a dump.
Service is OK, but the rooms are noisy, and mine had no cell phone service. Add a party outside my room in the courtyard... and not a great experience.
Not all bay views are equal.
I love how they give us free cookies. Got some when we checked in and more after the bellman helps us into our room.
This is a great hotel, but don't expect fancy. It is right on the water, though, and is very relaxing.
