Great location! Staff was excellent. Very welcoming! Would stay here again on a future visit. Rooms were spacious. Hotel has been updated. Crabtree and Evelyn products.
Enjoyed the stay. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Digital key did not work, no fridge in room, and bathroom is tiny. Door opens inwards and hits toilet.
We originally booked at another hotel but decided against it when we pulled in. I suggested the Doubletree, honestly for the cookies. Ericka greeted us as we came in and immediately assisted us and made sure we were taken care of. We enjoyed dinner and drinks at the bar last night. Breakfast was a bummer. We spent $40 for extremely poor quality food. I was excited until we opened our boxes. Great hotel and staff, just skip the food or uber eats!
Hotel has alot of options around the area for restaurant choices and fairly accessible to the highway. Pretty large cracks on the bathroom vanity, room was clean, and the doors do have digital card service. Staff wasn't rude but they seemed pretty indifferent. I tried to have breakfast there and no one was around seating people or taking orders, I waited 15 minutes and then left and went to a diner nearby
