30 year old hotel going through a remodel job! Hotel people say they love it! It’s the worst work I’ve ever seen! The rooms are very dark and the lighting is very poor! I will not say anything bad about the staff and food! The place is a mess right now!
This hotel is so bad it should be closed down. It’s under construction there is dust everywhere exposed sheetrock just horrible. I am a hurricane Harvey victim and I was so excited to get out of my flooded home for a few days which is under construction to a nice hotel and this place is worst than my home. Unbelievable for Hilton to think this is ok��
A large amount of construction is going on. I had the worst headache from dust after the first night. Bathtub slow draining. Food was decent at bkfst. On the pricey side.
I was only there for a Quickbooks Class that I paid $550 to take. They were in the middle of major construction. It was raining the two days. There was not a bathroom in our area so we had to walk outside with no cover and back inside through the main entrance. The cafe was not open for lunch and due to renovations there was no vending machine. It was very noisy and hard to hear the instructor (to no fault of his). Love my hotel! Amazing staff and clean rooms! The remodel will make it even better! I stay here at least 60 nights a year. It's my home away from home.
The room was fine but I called and asked them if they shuttled to the new stadium and they said they do and I specifically asked if they would shuttle to the concert there. When I showed up they said they weren't shuttling that day because the braves weren't playing. So we ended up spending money on an uber instead. Not happy about that. I can look past all the ugly construction but this in my opinion was unacceptable.
