This is the only hotel I have stayed at in the U.S. that did not provide bottled water or a kettle for guests. Such basic needs were completely overlooked, which made the stay very inconvenient.

The photos of the hotel are quite misleading — they appear much more updated than the property actually is. Valet parking was poorly managed; I even witnessed someone’s car get hit due to the disorganized parking situation. I dined at the restaurant downstairs and, unfortunately, did not enjoy the food, although the service was good. If you’re looking for a more upscale or high-end experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is pretty old which really isn't a problem but it does seem a little dirty also the bathroom wall was slowly having a hole dig into it from the way that it was built and the handle pushing into the wall additionally there was a huge puddle next to the ice machine for 2 days and I almost slipped and fell on it not once but twice

Our room did not have handles on the sliding glass doors for the balcony. The balcony only had one chair when we arrived for a 4-person room. The staff did bring a small table and eventually another chair for the balcony.
