I loved that it was in walking distance to everything we came down there to do. Very clean hotel. The bartender was kind. The front desk guy could have been more friendly. Didn't like that I couldn't use my app to go up the elevator because I shared the digital key with the other person in the room with me. Probably should charge a little less per night since parking is $55.
Booked the room, checked in (never made it to the room bc i had to wait on valet) then valet tells me my car is too small (it's a corvette) and there is no where to park it. So had to cancel and they still charged me and won't refund. Terrible!

If you are a women traveling alone-do NOT stay here. I stayed here for a business trip, checked in night before and left early morning around 8am to attend show at Americas Mart. I returned to hotel around 6:30pm to my hotel room door left OPEN. I did not enter room, went downstairs to tell staff and they did not care at all. Told me that it must have just been housekeeping.
