To start with, the shuttle bus's air conditioning wasn't working; it felt like a sauna. When we looked at the A/C console, the outside was completely caked in dust—I hate to imagine what it was like inside. And to top it all off... They don't let guests know before arrival that the pool is closed. You only find out when you get to the pool entrance and see a sign reading "Closed for the season"—though it actually looked like it was closed due to a lack of maintenance. I do not like to be deceived. They lied and said that breakfast was included. Charged $20 per person for cold freezer food. I would have never in my life paid $40 for that BS. I could have gone to Waffle House for that. Never staying at any Hilton again because I like to get what I paid for.

During my recent visit to your hotel last week, I inadvertently overheard a concerning conversation between one of your employees, whom I believe was named Tasha. The conversation was filled with profanity and inappropriate language, which raised serious concerns about the conduct of your employees. All I can’t say is DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!!!! This place is an absolute dump! Staff was extremely rude to my husband and the hotel is poorly maintained. We were supposed to have an early check in but was told they are short staff with the cleaners, so we have to come back at 4:00pm. Makes no sense bcuz the room is just dirty. Mold in the bathroom, sofa bed mattress is badly stained, stains on the walls and corners of the bathroom, bathroom ceiling is cracked with mold build up.
