STARTED OUT NOT GOOD, MY DOOR KEY CARD DIDN'T WORK AND I HAD TO LEAVE THE 7TH FLOOR AND RETURN TO THE FRONT DESK WITH MY 2 PIECES OF LUGGAGE TO GET A NEW WORKING KEY CARD! :( THE SECOND KEY CARD WORKED, THANK GOD BECAUSE I WAS TIRED FROM MY FLIGHT!!! (NO COM/OFFERED)
I check in last Thursday 6/2 in the late evening due to a delayed flight and when I check in the room given was horrible then when I came down stairs to tell the agent he acted like it was my fault and he has to go see what he had and then I finally get to my new room and there are towels outside like he just though them out when in there and you can tell the room was in the middle of being cleaned but wasn’t. If I could have put zero stars I would have. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years, as my company has consistently chosen this location. However, after this recent experience, it is clear that a change is necessary. This stay was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor resembling a wet dog, and the bathroom was not clean. Additionally, the staff’s behavior throughout our stay was unprofessional and discourteous. The customer service was great excellent, but when I made it to my room. We didn't have a remote for the tv, the phone in the room didn't work so we had to go by the elevator to use the phone and the sofa in the room was filthy. I took a few pictures of the sofa, but I should've taken the pictures at night so you could see it better. They really need to throw the whole sofa away.
