we stayed for 3 nights... first night there was a fire on our floor, we got scoalded by front desk lady for being in the wrong room w/ our dog, the guy who checked us in then lied about not knowing about our pet (we signed pet rules AND paid pet fee to this same guy).. lady totally ignored my hubby when asked a question proven to be not only rude, but racist! 2nd night our room flooded.. same guy sent engineer to confirm it was the rain causing this and not us. guy never offered to move us, the engineer did... ordered breakf... read more
