Hotel was in a good location, on Lake Hamilton. The first night, we had unpacked, went to dinner, come back and watched a movie. I was getting ready to wash my face and the sink didn’t have any hot water. I didn’t want to move rooms, so we stayed there, just had to run the shower every night into the ice bucket to get hot water to wash my face. Hotel had a place to order breakfast, but there wasn’t no one there to take your order. Coffee/water are not free.

Great hotel in Hot Springs with a great conference room area that overlooks the lake. Absolutely gorgeous venue and centralized for all your food and entertainment needs. Lynette, the manager does a great job.
The day when we arrived in hotel reception stuff was helpful and kind. Next day we requested to change our room to lake view. Lady in the reception was very rude, and didn’t want to be helpful. Location is overall good but far from a historic downtown of the city and hot springs. We liked cleanliness and cleaning service stuff. They kept room clean and supplied towels daily.
Stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton, Hot Springs AR, and absolutely loved it! The entire experience was relaxing and memorable. From the peaceful lakeside view to the warm, inviting atmosphere — everything felt thoughtfully designed for comfort.
