I stayed here for 7 nights and found the customer service amazing. They could not do enough for you. I had a dinner in the restaurant and it was beautiful. Our room was comfy and provided everything we needed.
What an impressive hotel, great facilities in a brilliant location. The service from the staff and the food in the restaurant were top notch, we can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be back.
Unfortunately, not to the standard I would expect from a Hilton. The staff were friendly and generally helpful, but unfortunately the overall experience did not meet the standard I would expect from a Hilton property. Most concerningly, my designer perfume valued at over $700 went missing from our room during our stay and after house keeping entered the room. This was extremely upsetting and concerning. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Hobart, and a big part of what made our experience so special was the exceptional service from Suvi/Sugi the Restaurant manager, and Rebecca, the chef. Both Suvi/Sugi and Rebecca went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after throughout our stay. They were incredibly helpful, warm and genuinely passionate about what they do. Had a good stay. Staff was very caring. Highly recommended staying here. Food was great at the in hotel restaurant especially breakfast. The staff especially restaurant manager Sukhi and chef Rebekah from the kitchen were very caring towards me and my family. Will be staying again.
