WIfi and TV issues but manageable
we left a make up bag in the room accidentally. Getting in contact with the front desk is very difficult, the automatic service is on a continuous loop. When we finally got in touch with the Front Desk she said there was nothing she could do and we would need to call the next day to talk with Room Service. We told her this was likely going to be too late, but she insisted there was nothing she could do. We were frustrated in that.
