Pictures can be very deceiving traveling 3-4 hours to get a room that smells of mildew and not very clean nor kept up.A 2 night stay ended up being just one night stay. This building needs to be torn down and rebuilt fresh from the ground up.

One of the best hotel stays lately in mind! Clean, efficient, and great staff! Kenny, the office manager was so kind and one of the most efficient hotel workers EVER! Super knowledgeable and wasted zero time! Even with a huge line of people. All because of him. Was very impressed with him and the hotel. Will be back!

I actually had a really great visit to this location. However, I noticed the next day that I left an articled of clothing. I called and they said nothing was found, but I know exactly where they were left. That means housekeeping or management stole my Nike sweatpants. Really disappointing experience for someone who loves DoubleTree and the Hilton brands.

The picture does it no justice! Came off the elevator and was greeted by the largest cockroach. Blood stains on carpet (4th floor) near ice machine. Room needed TLC. Sliding doors were off track, shower door wouldn't close all the way, safe didn't work, and carpet was beyond filthy. By day 3, I had to request for the room to be turned over. Front desk staff was very nice and pleasant. Location is convenient and right off the highway.
