I absolutely loved my stay at Doubletree ! I was checked in by Kenny &’ he was an absolute sweetheart ! He made the check in process very simple and smooth , amazing service even if it was only a few minutes of interaction.
Awful hotel. The alarm keeps going off because the only exit for the back half of the hotel is to take the stairs down and the only door there is an emergency exit one! Like really they couldn’t have had a door from the bottom of the stairs back in the normal hallway so people can use the regular exit? Also, you need to mark the door more obviously, “emergency exit only- ALARM WILL SOUND” so people stop opening it! In addition to that, the toilet doesn’t flush well, there’s limited hot water.
