Very easy to get service. My 5th time
Hotel is a little limited. I understand the price point now having stayed here. Beds sleep fabulous. The room could have been cleaner. The staff members are very courteous and professional.
Micah is the front desk agent that checked my family with hot fresh cookies this afternoon. The cookies were delicious! He was very pleasant and made our experience wonderful. We are already enjoying our stay. Thank you Micah for simply being the best!!!! Today l had the pleasure of meeting Derrick. He was very accommodating with extending my reservation and his professionalism was a delight.
Jazmin provided exceptional service that truly went above and beyond for us. Any issues we had were taken care of immediately and with care. She was the hero of our trip and lovely to speak with.
