WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR IF POSSIBLE! Our rental unit, a duplex, was at 1312 175th Street Court East, Spanway, WA. The duplex was on 176th - the main drag between Meridian and Pacific Avenues. Incredible noise all hours of the day and night. Miserable in summer when you HAVE to have windows opened. Deafening noise. And don't even think you will be able to hear your TV with all the noise.
