DO not try to rent from here. I rented from this company a few years ago and the house was filthy on move in. They gave us a notice at one point for the yard and our yard was respectable already. I am a property owner and have used DoubleZ to manage my rentals for over 10 years. They have done me an exemplary job keeping me informed of needed repairs and doing their best to get good tenants. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing a rental.

This company needs to be turned in and after what they just to me i will take them to small claims court remind you i rented for 2 years there were mice in the house. And called never came to fix shit paid over $1300 for a dump never late on rent when i went to move out spent 1 week cleaning it spotless when i was done she found a ways to justify keeping all my $1500 deposit i have pictures and i will be taking these crooks to court if you are smart dont rent from these liars and if you did rent from them turn them in karma ... read more
I DONT SEE HOW THESE PEOPLE SLEEP AT NIGHT I RENTED A SHITTY 2 BD IN THE TOP FLOOR FOR WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CHEAP RENT TO SAVE UP... I HAVE BEEN SERVED EVICTION PAPERS AT LEAST THREE TIMES EVERY MONTH FOR ANYTHING FROM A DAY LATE ON RENT OR A POOL IN THE YARD BULLSHIT IM A SINGLE MOM AND IVE TAKEN GIOD CARE OF THIS HOME ....THEY KNEW I WAS AND RENTED TO ME KNOWING IM SURROUNDED BY CRACK DEALERS!!! I own one of the houses next to one of the houses that they rent out I've had nothing but problems with the tenants playing loud music I attempted to talk to them to get it taken care of no response so they don't care as long as they're getting their money for rent they don't care what the renters due to the people around them or the rental place at all.the homeowners that use them to rent out beware of your house.
My girlfriend rented from them for six months and had so many problems with the place for instance the roof doesn't have tar paper under the shingles the window leak we had to put plastic on them to keep the cold air out I would never rent from them again
