I've always been treated exceptionally well by this hotel. They're very accommodating particularly if you're part of their Hilton honors system. Like any hotel there are some little glitchy things here and there that could go wrong but in general everything is improved since I've been there even the last time.
10 dollar parking 15 dollar breakfast. Overpriced rooms. Stay somewhere else.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely welcoming and made the whole stay feel effortless. Breakfast was a real plus fresh, satisfying, and the perfect start to the day and the location on a quiet street meant we slept without any outside noise. With prices this fair for the comfort and service, I’d absolutely stay here again.
I’m in town on business. My office booked this hotel. I would not have chosen this location. Very noisy! The beds are hard as a slab and the pillows are terrible. Most hotel pillows suck so I brought my own Hest pillow. That’s the only reason I got any sleep. Went to the lobby to get some coffee and check out the complementary breakfast. It’s almost 7 AM. I stayed here for a few nights on a work trip. Just about everything about it was terrible. Hair on the floor, flickering lights, no proper shower - just a low pressure handheld shower head in the bathroom (no door or separated area). Highway noise keeps you up at night and it was not very clear how to close the blinds - eventually found a switch on the other side of the room but the only information they offer in the room is how to tip them.
