I loved the pool and hot tub! The staff was awesome!
This location does not deserve to have double tree, service was terrible and the room was meh. Evening and morning staff were rude. Everything we ordered was either not in stock or warm (beverages). Almost as if we were not welcome. Room has a window unit, plumbing fixtures were cheap, shower was not working properly, Tv did not work. Receipts were requested both email and print out, “printer doesn’t work” but magically starts printing? Again almost as if we were not welcomed. This was an unpleasant experience.
The hotel is fine but you probably want to avoid it for a while. Construction at the hotel means the parking is terrible. They lock the front door overnight, which is fine, but there's no way to get back in. Normally, the hotels let you swipe your key. This one has a little speaker that doesn't seem to work, and there didn't seem to be anyone at the front desk because I called and it rang 20 times (just a guess) I was stuck outside for quite a while until someone else was leaving. Great rooms with fresh remodel. Wasn't happy about the extra $10 parking as the only other options were McDonald's or the Gentlemans club, neither a viable option.
The room was a little clean but they missed a few places. There was only one small trash can which they didn't empty or clean the room well we out. Which meant we had to go down to get clean towels coffee cups and coffee as well. When we checked in they only had 2 valet cart which they did go looking for the carts which had to be in guest rooms so they brought us the dirty laundry cart that they use for cleaning the rooms. Since I just had back surgery the week before I couldn't carry myself. Will never stay here again.
