They ruined my dress. I went here last Saturday to a quince and the tacky sequins they had strapped on to the back of the chairs rubbed up against my dress, shredding and horribly pilling it. The once shiny satin has a horrible cheap sweater from Macy’s feel to it now. I called the event center to see if they could help pay for the dress to be repaired but instead got cussed out by a lady. Held my daughters Quinceanera at this location. Overall, it was a great experience that my daughter had. A few factors to consider before booking this venue is the lack of communication on the part of the coordinator. Calls and texts go unanswered for up to 2 hours. Venue has 2 recommendations for DJs in which we utilized 1. Do not use this option. DJ would leave a generic mix of songs on a playlist while he would take several smoke breaks.
