This place is incredible! The employees are very nice and sweet. I’ve been coming here for a year and I can honestly say I’ve always been satisfied with my nails and the service that is given. I don’t specifically ask for someone every time I go in , it’s someone different.
I rarely do reviews but this is not right. This was my second time going to this place. I didn’t have any problems before. They were friendly, responsive and professional. This time I was shocked at the results. Initially, my nails were different shapes and sizes when I left. However, they offered to fix them. The nail tech hardly spoke to me and didn’t apologize when I got there. She barely acknowledged me. She drilled my nails for 5 minutes and said I was done. This is my go-to place for nails! I also do eye brow waxing here and I have no complaints. I enjoy the atmosphere and they provide you with a delicious free drink while you get your nails done. The staff are very gentle, kind, and friendly. They give suggestions and they are not pushy. They listen to what you want and deliver great results. I love this place!
Tina did amazing with my gel manicure & Kelly with my gel pedicure! Lasted me 3 weeks with no chipping or broken nails… definitely recommend (:
