Amazing customer service! My office was without water due to a storm and required a complete replumbing job. They did everything in their power to get us in and back to functioning status as soon as possible. Their pricing on a full re-pipe was just as amazing as their service!

When I had a leak at the meter base, Walnut Creek showed it to me, my side. I fought with it for 3 hours and gave up. Called 4 plumbing companies. 1 wanted to put me on their schedule for Monday, this is Friday. 2 didn’t return my calls until lat in the afternoon. Double L said Ronnie could be there between three and five pm. Ok, it’s 12:30 now. At least I know some one is coming. Justin finished his job early and came at 2:30.
