The best chorizo ever. After we moved to Oregon, my husband went back and brought back 25 lbs. They told him next time call ahead and they would not only wrap, but freeze it for the trip back! Love this place
Since i was lil my family shopped there all my meat vomes from there snd i love the goat cheese there..
Absolutely live this place. Especially when they have a sale!
I used to like this place, over the last 4 years the meat has got worse and worse, sub par cuts, smaller portions, beef lacked good marbleing which makes meet tough, you can tell the cattle where not grain fed or butchered properly

I'm sorry you feel this way Mr. Franklin. We continue to purchase our meat from the same distributors we have used for the past 30 + years. All of the meat is grazed and then grain finished for a minimum of 90 days. The cutting specifications have not changed in the 18 years I've been a part of the business.
