Double Horn was a town in central Texas that was formed in 1855. The town was founded at the headspring of Double Horn Creek and grew to a population of around 50 in 1884, complete with a school, churches, and a post office. Around 1900 the population began to decline until nearly all traces of the community were gone in the mid-1900's. So how did the town get the name of Double Horn? My new stop every week I come into town. The buffalo burger was fantastic!
Got the flight...all beers were great! Especially liked the 1855 and the watermelon wheat

Staff did the bare minimum. Food was below par. This was our second trip and we will not be returning.
The shrimp & grits is a must have! Cooked to perfection and delicious! Great atmosphere, good selection of beer, service was on point and we will definitely be back to visit!!
Awesome meal of shrimp & grits, with a very tasty brew beer. Definitely a "do over" location and cool atmosphere.
Ordered a melt, onion rings and small side salad - blue cheese dressing outstanding as were the onion rings. Unfortunately the grilled chicken and the bread on the melt were beyond burned as well as no grilled onions. Staff gave me 50% off meal that I couldn't eat. Will not be going back.
Tasty beer, delicious food, awesome service. What more could you ask for!!!
Love this place!!! Delicious!! The chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes is amazing!!
