The boats are really nice and the crew was very friendly. We unfortunately chose a windy day. It was consistent 20-30mph+ winds on the water even though it didn't feel like it on land. We were cautioned when we checked in that some people were canceling due to the wind and that it was okay to cancel and get a refund before we finished checking in but there were others still heading out there. Tanner & Co made the whole day! Called ahead to prepare us with expectations & remind us of the waivers. Golden days with the family.
I was extremely impressed about everything. Most of the parking was shaded and in a park like area. Gabriel the attendant couldn't have been better. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful. The walk through on the boat and instructions were simple and easy to understand. The boats were practically brand new, clean, and we'll maintained. The entire experience was a wonderful day. I'll be back for sure.
We rented the double decker with a slide… tons of fun! We went to the lily pad and slides at Shell Island for a fun day! And the dock men were a great help boarding and unboarding!
Will come back here every year. Great people & great service
