Okay I was in at Friday 12:03 lunch time. Hot and sour soup should be served hot. Mine was not hot. I had my thermometer with me. I barely got it to read 120°. I was the only one in the place. And it took forever to get simple hot and sour soup which wasn't hot. I work an extremely complicated job. Heating up soup is not rocket science. When I eat out I depend on the establishment to serve me good food. That way I can go to work and do a good job. Also I'm pretty sure that soup came out of a can.
